You have arrived at The Guesthouse at Fenton's Berry Farm! We are so glad you found us, and hope you enjoy your stay. We are convenient to Branson, Missouri...Eureka Springs, Arkansas...and the Buffalo National River. If you are looking for a truly homey "home away from home," a unique vacation experience, a location central to multiple attractions, or just a quiet place to get away from it all, your search ends as you pull into the driveway. You may be greeted by Penelope, our aging Great Pyrenees dog, and there will certainly be a few chickens scratching around nearby. You will be welcomed by your hosts Clyde and Veronica Fenton, and met with fresh-baked cookies on the table!
THE FARM
Fenton's Berry Farm is comprised of 28 acres of rolling hills seven miles from downtown Harrison, Arkansas. The Fentons grow asparagus, strawberries, blueberries, and blackberries, as well as tomatoes, onions, pepper, and a variety of other vegetables. During your stay at The Guesthouse, depending on the season, you may have access to fresh fruits and vegetables which you may pick yourself or pre-order, as well as local farm-fresh eggs. There is a one-mile walking trail which meanders around the farm past the farm's ponds, through the vegetable and berry fields, and up on The Hill which rewards you with a gorgeous view of the farm and countryside for miles beyond. (April 2013...We no longer have raspberries available on the farm, but that picture is just so pretty I hate to change it! ~VF)
THE GUESTHOUSE
The Guesthouse is a smoke-free three bedroom, two full bath ranch-style home, with a chain-link fenced backyard (sorry, no pets). The house is fully furnished and ready to move in for your weekend or week-long stay. The house has five ceiling fans and an attic fan, along with central air and baseboard heat. There is even a lovely Whitney piano in the living room (which can be covered if you have small children.) Netflix and Pandora along with many board games are available to provide entertainment when you aren't canoeing the river or taking in a Branson show.

GUEST ROOMS
Garden, Cabin, or Eclectic...We have a room to suit your style!
The Sunset Room has a single window facing west, and so has a view through the trees of some beautiful sunsets. The room is decorated in vibrant colors, with an eclectic assortment of items from around the world. These include a wall hanging from a friend after he visited his homeland of India, small carved water buffalo which came from a friend of Clyde's in the Phillipines, and a pottery plate from Mexico. With a double bed and full-size couch, this room shares a hall bath with the Spring Lake Room. *
Imperfect? We realize we aren't the Ritz Carlton, and The Guesthouse isn't the Waldorf. We are always thinking of ways to improve things, as time and money allow. The back deck needs paint...the kitchen floor is worn...and we have a hundred ideas for using the full unfinished basement. But if you've read this far without leaving our page, you are probably just the sort of guest who will cherish your time spent at the farm and in The Guesthouse. You know...unpretentious. We like that, and believe you will too.
