All Rates are in USD, per night, 10% tax not included in rate.
Rates based upon 1 or 2 person occupancy per room.
Additional persons beyond 2 per room (including children)
will be an additional $10 per person, per night.**

Whole House Rates: 
$165 per night for up to 6 people
$10 per night each additional person
(4 additional person max.)
Four full size couches in house; you provide bedding

Breakfast with Whole House rental:  $5 per person per day

Rates for Longer Stays (without breakfast): 
5 - 14 Nights         10% Discount on entire stay
15 - 25 Nights       20% Discount on entire stay

Reservations Policy
Reservations must be made with VISA, MasterCard or Discover.  Payment may be made with VISA, MasterCard, Discover, or cash.  We do not accept checks except those made on recognized corporate accounts.

Cancellation Policy
We realize "stuff happens."  With minimum 2 week notice prior to your intended arrival date, there will be no charge to your credit card.  With less than 2 weeks but at least 48 hours notice, you will be charged a $25.00 cancellation fee.  With less than 48 hours notice, you will be charged for 50% of your intended stay.  No refunds for early departure, and no-shows will be charged for your entire reserved stay.

Smoking is permitted outside only with doors closed.

A $250 fee will be charged for having a pet or smoking in The Guesthouse during your stay.

**New Policy added October 3, 2012:
"Undisclosed Guest Policy"
Due to repeated issues with "discovering" undisclosed guests (children in particular), we must institute a new policy to address this.  The reason for this is directly related to the health and safety of our guests.  If, heaven forbid, there should be a disaster such as a fire or tornado requiring rescue of persons staying in The Guesthouse, it is imperative that we be able to tell rescue personnel exactly how many guests we have and whether they are adults or children.  Please be honest with us regarding the number of people in your group!  Any "discovery" of undisclosed guest(s), of any age, will result in an additional night's charge to your account.
